MONDAY - FRIDAY 11:45am FACIAL YOGA
MONDAY - FRIDAY 12pm REBOUNDING + HIIT / ABS / ZUMBA (25 mins BOUNCE + 20 mins CARDIO)
TUESDAYS 6pm Nutritional Coaching Intensive These sessions will pinpoint why you’re not reaching your goals and make you accountable. Learn the easy to follow steps to move forward and be the size, shape and mindset you wish to be (Q+A included)
PLUS ALL PRE-RECORDED classes + bonus content: Facial Yoga, Rebounding, Fitness, Yin Yoga, Dharma Yoga, Bed Yoga, The 5 Tibetans TO USE AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR PROGRAM - these classes put together very easily create an AT HOME RETREAT to keep you more than occupied and committed to your goals, if that is what you wish to create for yourself.
