Feel as though I’m on fully propelled fast forward - in a really good way!

I’ve been eating so well and moving lots, feeling fantastic and heading slowly but surely to my goal of a healthy weight and sustainable wellbeing, but quite worried about the next weeks with lots of things coming up, that’s just what I need to keep making the right decisions for me. 

I also lost 4 lbs since 23/11 and more or less a centimetre overall. I’m pretty chuffed!

I found the program really useful. I'd put on a bit of weight on holiday and didn't ant to gain even more in December. With the help of Victoria's sessions I found that not only did I not gain weight I actually lost 4lbs over Christmas!

Genius... this time of year is a crazy mixed up one and seems to get more that way for me each year... a lot of it for me being about the closing in and lack of daylight which then brings on comfort imbibing and scoffing... so thank you for this... THANK YOU !

Just wanted to thank you for running your coaching program - and especially for the timing of it.  I’ve woken up this morning with a smile on my face.  I feel lighter, slimmer and healthier on the morning of January the first than I did on December 1st!  That’s unheard of for me. My weight is something I have always struggled with. It has affected every aspect of my life. I yo-yoed for so many years. On top of that I was diagnosed with IBS and endometriosis which just made everything worse. The only way I had ever been able to lose weight was to juice or starve myself. Victoria made me realise that my nutrition and emotional well being went hand in hand. In the past I would set myself goals that were near on impossible to keep and berate myself if I didn’t meet them, this would lead to me thinking ‘F**k it, I’ve ruined it now, I might as well eat everything I’ve been craving because I’ve ruined it and I’m useless and don’t deserve the body I want because I can’t stick to a simple meal plan!’. I wanted the cycle of weight loss and weight gain to stop but I didn’t know how to do it. I have since lost 10 lbs and cannot thank Victoria enough. I have more energy than I have ever had. I’m sleeping better and naturally waking up at 6am every morning. For anyone who can’t see a light at the end of the tunnel and thinks they will never be able to have a healthy relationship with food or their bodies I promise that if you listen to Victoria… you CAN!

If I could describe this experience my advice to anyone who has a broken heart is DO IT. I have spent many years struggling with crippling anxiety/depression compounded with major trauma and heartbreak. This combination of workshops - Food - Yoga - Meditation all supported me to really get to grips of all my sorrow. Holistically this is a must. Tools are life changing but the commitment of the teachers Dipti + Victoria were outstanding their kindness and time authentic support were magic. The food outstanding (a book must be there, Victoria!). Dipti - an angel with ears, a heart made of love and compassion. Thank you ladies, from the bottom of my nearly fixed heart.

Thank you so much for a most enjoyable weekend. It was a great experience - my first retreat! I have to say I loved every minute of it: you, the food, the yoga, the company, the location… everything was fab! Going back to work was not as daunting as I thought it would be.
