Feel fantastic - join us for an extra special day of yoga and conversation that is healthy for both your body and mind. Yoga for all levels, postures that will rejuvenate you, challenge your body to help you gain strength, and relieve full-body tension. You will experience a wide selection of mediation and Hatha yoga styles this weekend including but not limited to Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Facial Yoga and Yoga Rest (Nidra).

The event has been designed to restore your mindset and your wellbeing just in time before Christmas. 3 yoga sessions per day, each experience very different in terms of what energy you will put in and also how much you will gain. This weekend is for your relaxation and rejuvenation, and to support you should you wish to start a cleanse or detox program, for example clean eating or juicing. You might just need some time to replenish just ahead of the peak of Christmas. You will naturally de-stress, rejuvenate, cleanse and challenge your body as you mix with like-minded people. Expect to meet plenty of new friends who will join you and support you on this journey, as well as someone to remain accountable to!

Four classes: a cleansing Hatha yoga class aiding the detoxification process, The 5 Tibetans, a deeply restorative sequence with Ken followed by Yin Yoga in the afternoon and a nutritional session with Victoria. The Day has been designed to restore your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing, and offer you as much of the good stuff we can possibly pack into your day so that you go back home (or Christmas shopping!) feeling the glow that yoga and good conversation creates.
