PREBIOTIC SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

½ red cabbage, chopped and frozen

1 tbsp milk kefir

100g blueberries

¼ banana (great prebiotic for your gut!)

Filtered water (enough to reach your desired consistency)

Method

Blend and pour :)

This is one of my favourite smoothies. It pretty much tastes like ice cream, that you can sip from a straw. Except it’s got red cabbage in it. Go figure. I hope you enjoy.
