4x coaching sessions
One-to-ones work as follows:
• 4x 45-minute sessions by telephone/WhatsApp voice call to work towards your goals with accountability.
• Sessions can be weekly or every 14 days.
• The idea is that you don’t need more than 4 sessions and after our time together you’re equipped to go off on your own and conquer!
Sessions are both nutrition-centred and person-centred. Often we know what to do to reach our goals (i.e. lose fat, get fitter) but often the psychology of eating can play a huge part, as well as the pitfalls and peaks of nutritional understanding and time/lifestyle constraints. We work through all of these things: the mind, nutrition, and troubleshooting unavoidable obstacles that prevent us from reaching our goals.
